麻省理工学院航空航天系研究生阶段开设有以下学位项目，分别是：
航空航天硕士：为期2年，要求申请者本科毕业，GPA3.0以上，不要求航空航天专业背景，需修读过数学、物理，并有一定的工程专业背景，需递交GRE考试成绩，不得低于80%
航空航天哲学博士(Ph.D.)：为期4-7年（视论文完成情况），要求申请者硕士毕业，GPA3.0以上，不要求航空航天专业背景，需修读过数学、物理，并有一定的工程专业背景，需递交GRE考试成绩，不得低于80%
