今天下午刚刚录完CWRU的Kira interview，下面来分享一下面经

1.introduction of yourself. What else do you wantus to learn from you outside your application.(必出题）

2.Writing:why case? what interestsinWeatherhead? how Weatherhead help you achieve your career goal? how toenrich the learning environment in Weatherhead? （必出题）

3.share us other programs and schools you applied,reason?（必出题）

以下均是随机题：

4. Pleasegive me an example when you helped a team member at work or at school. What didyou do, and how did it turn out?

5.Describe a project thatyou worked on where you had to gather and analyze vast amounts of information.What factors were considered in analyzing this information, and how did thisinformation help with the completion of the project?

6.Please give me an example when you gave your team members more autonomy and asked them to take more responsbility. What did you do, and how did it turn out?

7.Please describe a timeyou had to think outside the box to solve a difficult problem. How was yourapproach unconventional? What was the outcome?

8.How do you remain invaolved in the community when you are outside school and work?

[面试经验] Case msm-f kira面经（2019.10.20）

今天做完了case的kira interview，总共八道题，跟去年的面经基本重合！以下是具体的题目：

1. 介绍自己以及需要包括一些application里没有的内容（2min)

2. Writing：why program, weatherhead能如何帮助你实现career goal，打算如何contribute

3. 还申请了其他哪些项目&原因（印象中从这题开始都是1.5min回答）

4. 领导团队的经历&你认为你的领导方法中有什么特质比较effective

5. 分享一个需要考虑很多因素来分析问题的经历，你考虑了哪些因素，如何帮助完成项目

6. 你的团队有一个人在讨论中特别安静，你是怎么解决的

7. 分享一次你需要用创新的方法来解决问题的经验，你是怎么想到的，怎么执行的

8. 除了学业和工作，你如何Involve in community（1min结果这题断网了所以换了一个）

8. （换题后）过去的什么经历对你的outlook产生了最大的影响（1min）

虽然跟往年题目基本类似，但是我个人还是觉得挺难的…感觉自己回答的不算很顺hhh
