加州大学洛杉矶分校高等教育与组织变革硕士项目（HEOC）致力于推动美国和国外高等教育和组织变革的学问、研究和实践。在此硕士课程中，学生将了解塑造并影响高等教育的历史、政治、社会和哲学元素。HEOC课程和研讨会通常采用跨学科方法，能够对当前高等教育政策、实践和当前问题变化做出对策，并鼓励学生尽可能多地发展个性化的学习计划。
