耶鲁大学建筑学院提供两个建筑学硕士，分别是Master of Architecture I建筑学硕士（I），简称M.Arch. I，和Master of Architecture II建筑学硕士（II），简称M.Arch. II。他们的区别是M.Arch. I不要求建筑学专业背景，通常需要3年才能毕业，而M.Arch. II要求建筑学专业背景，通常需要两年毕业。两个项目最终获得的都是建筑学硕士学位（M.Arch.）。
