M.Eng项目共计修读30个学分，以授课内容为主，无需撰写毕业论文；MS项目需修读32个学分，以研究内容为主，需要撰写毕业论文。
该系向其研究生提供以下种类奖学金：
TA/RA：PhD每月生活补助$1,350，MS每月生活补助$1,250。其中TA通常不会授予刚入学的国际学生，除非其通过该校的英语语言能力测试。
Scholarship：Merit-based奖学金：金额$1,000。
