教育学理学硕士(数学教育)课程专为英国和国际数学教师及其他从事数学教育的专业人士而设。教育学理学硕士(数学教育)课程将同时注重数学理论以及教学实践：积极研究自己和他人的实践，包括再造自己的实践；进行小规模的研究项目，其中一个可以作为论文的试点项目；研究文献，特别是目前国际数学教育心理学的期刊和活动；接受数学教学和学习内容的更新；完成理论作业，在研讨会上提供文献检索和研究思路；对演讲、辩论、研究和信息技术游刃有余。
