商法是所有商业交易的基础，信贷合同在并购与债务融资活动中必不可少，跨境交易也离不开复杂的合同签订、法律纠纷与税收政策。华威大学国际商法法学硕士其独特性在于采用了华威特有的体系解释方法来研究国际商法，学生将能深入了解法律在商业交易中的作用及运作模式，以及商业背景下的宏观政策与伦理问题。
