CB回复SAT北美考场接受国际考生

这段时间由于CB取消考场的大动作弄的国际考生心神不宁的，不仅是国内高中的孩子紧张，读美高的国际考生同样紧张。CB取消亚洲考场的政策（祥看《2017年6月和11月SAT国际地区考试取消》）到底是针对亚洲考场还是针对的是亚洲考生呢？如果是前者，那么很简单我们去北美考就行了，如果是后者，恐怕我们只有乖乖地按亚洲考试时间来考，而在美读高中的学生也很有可能因为国际身份而不被允许参加6、8月的北美区考试。下面是CB的邮件回复。

Student: I am not US citizens and I just stay in the US temporarily. To prepare for the coming undergraduate application, can I register the SAT test in the US and take the test here?

CB: Of course you can. As long as you are in the US, you can register the test.

Student: But I am not a student of US high school. Actually, I am a student from China. Can I still take the SAT in the US?

CB: Yes, you can. For example, you are a Chinese student and you just come to the US for visit. You can register and take the test in the US during the time you stay here.

Student: Hi, I am a high school Junior from Beijing, China. I am just wondering whether I can take the SAT either in June or August in America?

College Board on line service:Yes, You can go ahead right now. Take this (visa) coming America if you want.

从CB的回复中，可以看出官方对于国际生参加美国考试的立场是很明确的：可以参加。其实就从CB（面子上起码会做到的...）公平公正原则出发，不会因为地域种族而限制考试的，更不会因为你不在美国读高中就不让你考试。

虽然之前16年3月，新SAT首考之际，很多大龄考生企图去美国首考SAT也在考前5天收到邮件将考生的考位调至五月的通知（可能是因为每年五月的考题是被官网公开的），不过这次受到波及的基本上是大龄考生。

综上，在大概率上，咱们正常用于美本申请的国内/国际高中考生是可以参加6月、8月、11月的北美考试的。不过在报考时，需准备一个美国常住地址（酒店也可以）。

另外，有很多家长和考生反应，6月份SAT2报名系统出现问题，CB也给出了答复：
