录完面试就过来分享面经了，最深的体会是面试就十来分钟的事，准备了一个多星期，也还是说的不好。。。

Q1：How do you define success in your career and how to measure your progress?

其他都是面经有的

Q2：What's your ambition outside your career and what you have done to achieve it?

Q3: Your team is losing momentum and  how will you motivate your teammates.

Q4:writing) When did you first hear about IC and what attracts you?

Q5:说一下你想在financial sector的那一块工作？

讲真，这种面试压力感挺大的，不是真人聊天那种，回答时间也很短，感觉面得不是很自在。
