托福阅读：句子插入题技巧解析

句子插入题作为托福阅读中的常见题型，考生们在练习和考试中不可避免都会碰见。下面我们就来看看托福阅读中的句子插入题解题技巧。

首先，我们需要知道什么才是句子插入题。句子插入题在形式上和其他题型有较大不同，因此，从题型上来看，题干中会给出和文章相关的一句话，这句话也是需要考生们出入到文章恰当位置的句子。同时，文章中会给出带有四个黑色方块的段落，这四个黑色方块就是句子需要插入的地方。例如：

其次，做题之前，我们需要明白句子插入题的考察点，这能更好的帮助我们处理该类问题。ETS的官方指南里指出句子插入题主要考察句子间的逻辑语义关系。那么，句子的逻辑语义关系都靠什么来表现呢?

1.代词。例如：A community program called “One on One” helps elementary studentswho’ve fallen behind. Youeducationmajorsmight beinterested in it.
该句中的it代指前一句中的单数名词 “program”。

2.代词+ 名词。正如上例中需要插入的句子中的“thisprocess”一定指代文章中的某个过程，这时我们只需要找出文章中表示过程的句子并把该句插入其后就可以了。我们可以看出本段第二句表示一个过程，因此，该句插入第二个黑色方块处就可以了。

3.重复话题词或同义近义改写。上下句的衔接也可以通过重复话题词实现，或者是对该话题词进行相关改写。例如：

Before choosing a public or private school for their children, parents shouldtake into account the cost. The price of a private school is usually much higherthan that of a public school.

4.通过逻辑连词或副词来体现句间关系。例如，时间关系、因果关系、转折关系、解释关系等等。
