本科“2+2”申请美国研究生可以免托福吗？

Brandies University（布兰迪斯大学）
If you are an international applicant your application must also include an official score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or IELTS, unless your native language is English, or you have studied four years for an undergraduate degree (or two years for a graduate degree) at an institution in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Singapore, Australia or New Zealand.（必须是4年本科或者2年研究生都在特定国家学习才能免托福） For TOEFL score of 100 on IBT is usually required, IELTS a score of 7.0 is required. An official English translation of academic documents is also required.
Lehigh University （里海大学）
If an applicant has completed a baccalaureate or graduate degree or at least 2 years of full-time post-secondary education in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia or Canada, he or she may be exempt from the TOEFL. （这边本科2+2的学生就可以申请免托福）
Tulane University （杜兰大学）
Q: What are your TOEFL or IELTS waiver eligibility requirements?
A: International students who completed two years of study at in institution where English is the primary language of instruction are eligible for a TOEFL or IELTS waiver. Please denote your waiver eligibility in the international section of the online application. （和里海大学一样， 只需要有2年在美国后者其他英语教学国家读书经历， 就可以免托福）
