1）推荐信： 3封，网推
2）简历：2 pages maximum, 1 page preferred网上提交.
3）成绩单： 2份成绩单和在读/学位证明原件，邮寄
4）Supplementary Form（见附件文件“YOURLASTNAME_Yourfirstname”） and Prerequisite Course Description Document（需要自己做，格式参考，见网页链接http://www.finmath.rutgers.edu/index.php?d=admissions&p=prerequisites），网申上传

4.G/T: 须官方送分
GRE and TOEFL code：2790（不接受GMAT，接受雅思）
