1）official transcripts and diploma （学校官方成绩单、学位证书，邮寄）(Transcripts must be sent directly from the institution.)
2）resume （简历，邮寄

3）3 letters of recommendation (需要邮寄，注意只能纸推，有推荐信表格) (OPTIONAL -- This form may be used by individuals who will be writing letters of reference. If this form is not used, please have reference letter writers use official letterhead, sign their reference letter, and seal it in an envelope)
4）Confirmation of Financial Resources form（国际学生填写，申请时邮寄，in the amount of $36,194）
5）护照复印件（个人信息页，邮寄）
6）A signed Signature Card(签名页, for all applicants who apply electronically)
7）GA申请表格（如要申请GA）
4.GT送分Code：GMAT，TOEFL&GRE：6883-00 (official score到了才会开始审核)
5.Personal essay: Please outline in general terms your reasons, goals and other considerations relevant to undertaking graduate studies.（网申中粘贴）
6.截止日期：
2月1日（要申请scholarships and fellowships的需要在1月15日前完成申请）
