3.申请材料：
1)Statement of Purpose (网申上传)
The Statement of Purpose should be a concise, well-written essay about your mathematical background, your career goals, and how the Quantitative Finance and Risk Management program will help you meet your career and educational objectives.
2)Personal Statement (网申上传)
This is different from the Statement of Purpose in that we ask that you write about things not captured by the application or the Statement of Purpose. Tell us about where you grew up, when you first decided you wanted to study mathematics, what challenges you faced and how you overcame them in your pursuit of mathematics.
3)Curriculum Vitae/Resume (4 page limit) （简历，网申上传）
4)Three letters of recommendation （三封推荐信，网申上传）
5)Unofficial Transcripts: upload all unofficial copies of your transcripts; Official Transcripts from all post-secondary institutions are submitted to the University of Michigan Rackham Graduate School. （成绩单，网上上传，同时需要邮寄）
4.GT送分code
1)Official GRE General scores: ETS school code 1839; The ETS code for the GRE test for Mathematics is 0703 (官方送分)
2)Official TOEFL or IELTS Scores: The ETS code for the TOEFL test is 72
5.截止日期
February 1, 2016

All Applicants are required to mail 1 set of transcripts/academic records representing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, Professional and/or Doctoral degree. If you are unable to enclose this form, be sure to include the Attn line on your envelope as indicated below.
