4)Statement of professional career goals（PS，网上提交）
 
5)存款证明和Visa Request form（网上提交）

6)Photocopy of biographic page and U.S. visa pages in your passport（护照扫面件，网上提交）
7)GMAT / GRE is required, but may be waived based on work experience
8)Additional requirement:
prerequisite coursework:  six (6) credit hours each in calculus and economics; and three (3) credit hours each in financial accounting, managerial finance; and statistics.
