英国签证语言要求(官方权威数据)

　　 2011年3月23日,英国出台了新的学生签证政策,提高了对国际留学生的英语水平要求。该新政已于2011年4月21日开始实施。

　　在2011年4月21日之前,英国对申请tier4 (general)学生签证的申请者语言要求仅为cefr(commoneuropean framework of reference for languages)level b1(相当于雅思：4,托福：57)。

　　但是自2011年4月21日之后,英国对tier 4(general)学生签证申请者有了更高的语言要求,并提出了cefr level b2(相当于雅思：5.5,托福：87)的具体标准。英国领事馆官网具体描述如下：

　　if your caswas assigned to you on or after 21 april 2011, your education provider mustensure that:

　　you arecompetent in english language at a minimum of cefr level b2, if you will beenrolling on a course at nqf 6/qcf 6/scqf 9 or above (unless you are a giftedstudent studying at a higher education institution - see below); or

　　you arecompetent in english language at a minimum of cefr level b1, if you will beenrolling on a course at nqf 3-5/qcf 3-5/scqf 6-8; or

　　you are anational of a majority english-speaking country.

　　if you donot meet the english language requirement, your education provider cannotassign a cas to you.
