This program is designed to prepare students for management and professional positions that involve both macro- and micro-organizational positions and systems in corporations and their environments. Many students at Whitman desire to join management training programs at multi-national corporations, non-profit organizations, or the professional consulting firms that serve these global corporations.

Students should have completed the Secondary School Counselor Evaluation by filling out the top portion and giving it to their guidance counselor to complete. Fill out the top portion of the Academic Recommendations. Give one each to two teachers student have had in college-preparatory subjects from the sophomore year on. Have them fill it out and return the completed recommendation to their guidance counselor. Satisfy any special admission requirements for the Syracuse University college to which students are applying. If student wish to apply to another Syracuse University academic division as a second or third choice, student must meet the requirements specified by that school. Take either the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) or the test battery of the American College Testing Program (ACT). If student choose to take only the ACT, student must take the optional Writing Test. Be sure to have student test score reports forwarded to Syracuse University. The SAT College Board number for Syracuse University is 2823. The ACT Assessment Code for Syracuse University is 2968.
