1、法学博士(JD)

入学要求：

认可的大学毕业并获得学士学位，在非法律主体或一个非普通法司法管辖区的法律学位，通常以不低于二级的优异成绩;

毕业于认可的大学荣誉计划的非法律主体或一个非普通法司法管辖区的法律学位，学士学位通常达到不低于“B”本科课程的平均成绩;

在专业教育机构学习课程，并获得荣誉学位的专业或相近资历。

此外，还必须满足的英语能力要求。

English Language Proficiency Requirem英语能力要求：

You must also satisfy the English Language Proficiency Requirement bpossessing a Bachelor's degree obtained by completing a programme of study in Hong Kong or an English-speaking country, or which was taught primarily in the English Language; or在香港或在以英语为母语的国家完成的学习计划拥有学士学位;

非英语教学单位，achieving a result of Band 7.5 or better in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), which result was obtained not more than two years prior to the date of applying to join the JD Programme; or达到7.5或更高的国际英语语言测试成绩(IELTS)，

或达到600(纸考)或100(网考)或更好的测试英语成绩(托福); providing alternative evidence of English Proficiency equivalent to one of the preceding measures.提供替代的证据相当于英语水平至前述措施之一。PETS scores will not be considered as an alternative evidencPETS成绩将不被视为其他证据。

2、JD/MBA双学位

JD / MBA项目是一个综合的研究生双学位，是严谨的学术和专业丰富的领导向获奖的法学博士(JD)学位及工商管理硕士(MBA)学位。 This Programme is jointly hosted by the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Business Administration and is the first of its kind in Asia.本方案是法律学院及工商管理学院联合举办的，是其在亚洲的第一个。

申请人必须符合严格的学术，英语语言能力和工作经验的要求。

3、中国商法法学硕士(LLM)

入学要求：

所有申请者必须履行的一般入学要求和大学的研究生院规定的英语能力要求。

一个在学生居住地管辖范围内的法律执业资格;

a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or a degree of equivalent standing; or法律学士(LLB)学位或等同学位的同等地位;

a Bachelor's degree in a non-law subject with substantial law-related working experience.在一个非法律主体与实体法的相关工作经验的学士学位。

申请人的本科在英语方面如果没有进行研究和评估，需要采取适当的英语语言能力测试，并达到足够的分数，如570分或以上的托福(纸考)，230或以上的托福(机考)，88或以上的托福(网考);或雅思达到6.5或更高的评分;或达到435或以上CET六级或等效的其他成绩。(CET Band 6 certificates without score and PETS scores will not be accept(CET六级证书，而得分和PETS成绩将不被接受)。

4、普通法法学硕士(LLM)

入学要求：

所有申请者必须履行的一般入学要求和大学的研究生院规定的英语能力要求。

一个在学生的居住地管辖范围的法律执业资格;

a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or a degree of equivalent standing (normally in a non common law jurisdiction); or学士学位，法律(LLB)学位或学位的同等地位(通常是在非普通法司法管辖区);

a Bachelor's degree in a non-law subject with substantial law-related working experience.在一个非法律主体与实体法的相关工作经验的学士学位。

申请人的本科在英语方面如果没有进行研究和评估，需要采取适当的英语语言能力测试，并达到足够的分数，如570分或以上的托福(纸考)，230或以上的托福(机考)，88或以上的托福(网考);或雅思达到6.5或更高的评分;或达到435或以上CET六级或等效的其他成绩。(CET六级证书，而得分和PETS成绩将不被接受)。

5、国际经济法法学硕士(LLM)

入学要求：

所有申请者必须履行的一般入学要求和大学的研究生院规定的英语能力要求。

一个在学生居住地管辖范围内的法律执业资格;

a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or a degree of equivalent standing; or法律学士(LLB)学位或学位的同等地位;

6、法学哲学硕士(硕士)

入学要求：

除了研究生院的总体要求，申请人必须：

拥有法律学士学位(LLB)一等荣誉学位或上认可的大学颁发的二等荣誉学位;

由认可的大学授予的possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree or a Master of Laws (LLM) degree awarded by a recognized university with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above; or的的的法学博士(JD)学位或法律硕士(LLM)学位，累积GPA 3.0以上;

possess an equivalent degree (including non-law related) awarded by a recognized tertiary educational institution.拥有认可的专业教育机构颁发的同等程度(包括非法律相关)。

申请人必须达到英语语言能力要求：

possessing a Bachelor's degree awarded by a recognized university in Hong Kong or an English-speaking country, or taught primarily in the English Language; or拥有在香港或英语为母语的国家认可的大学颁发的学士学位，或教学语言主要为英语;

达到achieving a result of Band 7.0 or better in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or达到打国际英语语言测试系统(IELTS)7.0或更高;

入学要求：

除了研究生院的总体要求，申请人必须：

拥有法学博士(JD)学位或法律硕士(LLM)学位授予认可的大学，累积GPA 3.0以上;

拥有认可的专业教育机构颁发的同等程度(包括非法律相关)。

申请人必须达到英语语言能力要求：

拥有在香港或英语为母语的国家认可的大学颁发的学士学位，或教学语言主要是英语;
